Wound care Expertise
Chattanooga Health and Rehab Center features a full-time Wound Care Certified Nurse and partners with a Wound Care doctor who visits weekly. Together, they provide dedicated, hands-on wound care, ensuring residents receive consistent and expert treatment tailored to their needs.

Specialized Physiatry Services
Our facility is proud to offer a certified physiatrist provider as part of our comprehensive rehabilitation team. Our physiatrist provider works closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists to create personalized treatment plans that enhance mobility, restore function, and help residents achieve their highest level of independence throughout their recovery.
